We will gladly exchange any unworn items with the original tags attached. We do not offer refunds. The item(s) must be mailed within 5 business days of the date the package was delivered. Tracking receipts are verified. After 5 days is considered a final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please write the new size that you are requesting on the invoice. If your size is sold out, you will receive a store credit which you can use at any time.
Returning your purchase:
You must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a RA # (Return Authorization Number) for items to be returned to us. After 5 days the item is considered a final sale. Please send your items back to our facility in accordance with the following return policy.
Please note that our company will not send any customers damaged items. All pieces are thoroughly inspected before being shipped. We stand behind everything we sell.
*Any items shipped to us without authorization and a valid RA # will not be credited and will be returned to the sender*
Items must be in its original state with all tags and in its original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of scents, deodorant stains, makeup and any other signs of wear. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Final sale items include:
White clothing, all accessories and jewelry, bathing suits, panties, body suits, bags, shoes, masks, face coverings, scarves, clearance, worn items, washed items, stained items, and all sale items or discounted items.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash nor transferable. Please allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be active after we receive your return(s). There will be no refund if package is lost or stolen.
Original shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
There is a 20% RESTOCKING FEE on your purchases.
Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. You must also send a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com
